Terms and Conditions

By accessing our services, creating or using an account, connecting to our Minecraft server, joining our Discord community, or purchasing any product from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Debuff Network", "Debuff", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the private individual or organization operating the Debuff Network project.

• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person accessing or using our services.

• "Server" refers to the Debuff Network Minecraft server accessible through debuff.club.

• "Website" refers to websites and online services operated by Debuff Network.

• "Store" refers to the online store through which Debuff offers digital products and benefits.

• "Products" refers to ranks, keys, perks, and any other digital products or benefits offered through the Store.

• "Services" refers collectively to the Server, Website, Store, Discord community, and other services operated by Debuff Network.

• "Account" refers to any Minecraft, Discord, website, or other account used to access our Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of our Services, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms.

2. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. You understand that access to the Server and its features may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time in accordance with these Terms.

4. You accept that digital products purchased from the Store are provided for use within the Debuff Network ecosystem and have no monetary value outside of our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Server Access

The Debuff Network Minecraft server is accessible through:

Access to the Server is provided at our discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the Server.

• Restrict or remove specific features.

• Perform maintenance, updates, resets, or changes.

• Modify gameplay mechanics, economies, ranks, perks, items, or other features.

• Reset or otherwise modify virtual progress when reasonably necessary.

• Refuse access to any User where permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Server will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

4. Rules and User Conduct

Users are required to follow all applicable Server Rules, Discord Rules, and instructions issued by Debuff Network staff.

Prohibited behavior may include, but is not limited to:

• Cheating or using unauthorized modifications.

• Using exploits, bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for an unfair advantage.

• Using unauthorized automation or bots.

• Attempting to compromise, disrupt, or damage our Services.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or infrastructure.

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse.

• Impersonating Debuff Network staff or other Users.

• Fraudulent activity or payment abuse.

• Attempting to manipulate purchases, transactions, or chargebacks fraudulently.

• Selling, transferring, or trading Debuff products or benefits outside methods explicitly authorized by Debuff.

• Advertising or promoting competing services where prohibited by our rules.

• Circumventing punishments, restrictions, or security measures.

• Any other behavior prohibited by our published Server Rules.

Additional rules may be published separately and form part of the conditions of using our Services.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account used to access our Services.

You must not:

• Share your account credentials with other people where prohibited by the applicable platform rules.

• Use another person's account without authorization.

• Attempt to access another User's account.

• Allow another person to use your purchased benefits in a manner that violates our rules.

Debuff Network is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Store and Digital Products

The Debuff Store may offer digital products including, but not limited to:

• Minecraft ranks;

• Keys;

• Perks;

• Cosmetic or gameplay-related benefits;

• Other virtual or digital products.

Products are digital and are intended solely for use within the Debuff Network Services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, Products:

• Have no cash value.

• Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Are not physical goods.

• Do not represent ownership of Debuff Network or any of its assets.

We reserve the right to modify the functionality, availability, pricing, or contents of Products where reasonably necessary.

7. Payments

Payments for Store Products are processed through Stripe or other payment providers made available by Debuff Network.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

1. The payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.

2. You are authorized to make the transaction.

3. You are not using the payment system for fraudulent purposes.

4. You understand what Product you are purchasing before completing the transaction.

Debuff Network does not intentionally store full payment card details. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final and are generally non-refundable.

You should carefully review the Product description and ensure that you are purchasing the correct Product before completing a transaction.

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Accidental purchases.

• Change of mind.

• Failure to use a purchased Product.

• Failure to read the Product description.

• Punishments or bans resulting from violations of our rules.

• Loss of access caused by the User's own actions.

• Account sharing.

• Temporary Server downtime.

• Server resets or gameplay changes.

• Changes to Product functionality made in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable law grants a consumer a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory remedy, that right will remain unaffected.

For digital content or digital services supplied immediately after purchase, the User may be required to provide the legally required express consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the applicable consequences concerning the right of withdrawal.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Debuff Network at debuff.contact@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where you believe there is an issue with a purchase.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Suspension or termination of the relevant Account.

• Removal of purchased Products.

• Restriction of future purchases.

• Other reasonable actions necessary to protect Debuff Network from fraudulent activity.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Product Delivery

Digital Products may be delivered automatically or manually after successful payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the Product and technical circumstances.

If a purchased Product has not been delivered within a reasonable period, you should contact:

We may request transaction information necessary to verify the purchase and investigate the issue.

11. Product Changes

Debuff Network may modify, rebalance, replace, suspend, or discontinue Products and their features.

This may include changes to:

• Rank permissions.

• Perks.

• Keys.

• Rewards.

• Cosmetic features.

• Gameplay benefits.

• Prices.

• Product availability.

We will not be required to maintain a particular Product or feature permanently unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.

12. Server Resets and Progress

Debuff Network may perform resets, wipes, seasons, map changes, economy resets, or other significant changes to the Server.

Such changes may result in the loss or modification of:

• In-game currency.

• Items.

• Statistics.

• Progress.

• Ranks or benefits where technically or operationally necessary.

• Other virtual data.

Purchasing a Product does not guarantee that the Server, game mode, economy, or specific gameplay features will remain unchanged indefinitely.

13. Punishments and Account Termination

Debuff Network may suspend, mute, restrict, or permanently ban Users who violate our rules or these Terms.

A User's punishment does not automatically entitle them to a refund.

We may also terminate or restrict access to Services where reasonably necessary to:

• Protect our infrastructure.

• Prevent abuse or fraud.

• Protect other Users.

• Enforce our rules.

• Comply with legal obligations.

Where an Account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms or Server Rules, previously purchased digital Products may be lost and may not be restored.

14. Discord

Debuff Network may operate or maintain a Discord community.

Use of our Discord community is subject to:

• These Terms;

• Debuff Network rules;

• Discord's Terms of Service;

• Discord's Community Guidelines.

Debuff Network may moderate, restrict, remove, mute, or ban Users from its Discord community in accordance with applicable rules.

Discord is a separate platform operated by Discord Inc. and is not owned or operated by Debuff Network.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Debuff Network name, branding, logos, website content, custom assets, software, configurations, artwork, and other original materials associated with our Services are owned by or licensed to Debuff Network.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit Debuff Network's proprietary materials without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Debuff Network's intellectual property to you.

16. Third-Party Services

Our Services may use or interact with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:

• Minecraft;

• Microsoft;

• Mojang;

• Discord;

• Stripe;

• GitHub;

• Other hosting, payment, authentication, or infrastructure providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Debuff Network is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

17. Minecraft Disclaimer

DEBUFF NETWORK IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft.

Debuff Network is an independent Minecraft server/community and is not operated by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

18. Privacy and GDPR

Debuff Network may process personal data where necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our Services, process transactions, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Depending on the circumstances, information that may be processed can include:

• Minecraft username or UUID;

• Discord information;

• Transaction and purchase information;

20. Availability and Maintenance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Server, Website, Store, Discord community, or any other Service.

Services may become temporarily unavailable due to:

• Security incidents.

• Hardware or software failures.

• Hosting provider issues.

• Network problems.

• DDoS attacks or other attacks.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted to them under applicable law.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable Polish law and mandatory jurisdiction rules.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

The remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

25. No Waiver

Failure by Debuff Network to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Server Rules, Store policies, Privacy Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement shall prevail.
